INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear customers, the security and protection of your personal data is a long-term priority for us. In accordance with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation), we would therefore like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with purchases in our online store.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

  1. We process your personal data that you provide to us when ordering goods, i.e. your name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail, for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract that you conclude with us by purchasing the relevant goods in our e-shop, including ensuring delivery of the goods in the manner you choose in your order, and handling your claims for any defects in the delivered goods. We also process personal data in connection with the fulfillment of related public law obligations (e.g. issuing a tax document and the related need to archive relevant documents).
  2. The legal basis for processing your personal data in relation to your order in our e-shop is the fulfillment of contractual obligations and/or the implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on us by the relevant generally binding legal regulations (in particular Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended, Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on accounting, as amended, and Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended).
  3. Your personal data will be processed for a period of four years from the date of ordering the relevant goods in our e-shop to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations (in particular the handling of any complaints and the exercise of claims under the contract) and the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations under the contract. We archive tax documents with your personal data in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act for a period of ten years.
  4. Under the conditions set out in the general binding legal regulations, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to correct or delete personal data if any of the reasons set out in generally binding legal regulations are given, or to restrict their processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to the portability of your personal data. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.   5. We need the requested personal data from you to fulfill the contract and process your order in the e-shop. Of course, you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data, but without providing the necessary personal data, it is not possible to conclude a purchase contract with us and order the desired product (we would not know where to send the product, we or the delivery company would not be able to contact you in connection with delivery, etc.).
  6. For the purposes of fulfilling the contract, we will provide your personal data that you have provided to us to the delivery person you have chosen in your order, or to entities providing the payment method you have chosen for the ordered products. Your personal data, as well as all the content of our e-shop, are stored with our hosting and e-commerce platform provider, Shopify International Limited (registered in Ireland), which acts as the processor of your personal data.

USE OF COOKIES

  1. In order to ensure the best possible user experience in the e-shop and to ensure its full functionality, we use so-called cookies in the e-shop. These are small text files that are stored on your device.
  2. Some cookies are deleted immediately after you close your web browser (temporary cookies), other cookies remain stored on your device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit the e-shop (permanent cookies). Thanks to this, you can, for example, find out what goods you viewed during your previous visit, or you can return to the contents of your shopping cart if you have did not complete the purchase.
  3. You can set the rules for using cookies in your internet browser - you can usually decide individually whether to accept them or exclude their acceptance, both for specific cases and in general. Not accepting cookies may limit the functionality of the e-shop.
